The house is not present on the 1940 census. By 1949, the Trudgeon family was living there. In 1949, the family's eldest son, Charles Ray, was arrested for what now might be considered a minor offense but was apparently illegal in the 1940s. He drove through Lansdale, Pennsylvania in a motor truck "too loudly" and also was driving without his glasses.

In 1963, Leslie Ray sold the house to Ewen K. Cameron for $18,500. The Camerons lived there as least as late as 1967, but would later live at 315 Davis Road. In 1984, the Tinsley family began living in the home and built a swimming pool and a fence for the property in 1986 and 1987 respectively. The house went on the market initially in July 1988 for $149,000, and the Tinsleys sold to Robert & Mary Hickey for $145,000 that December. The Hickeys put the house on the market in February 1991 for $168,900 and sold the house that July to Arthur Schiavo and Mary Calabro for $151,000. A yard sale at the house was posted in 1998 asking for people to bring Beanie Babies for trade or sale. They sold the home in 2019 for $430,000.
